Dashboard, Custom Fields & Email Notifications

A new analytics dashboard, customizable booking forms, email notifications for your team, and personalized confirmation messages, all designed to help you stay in control.

See how your business is doing

The new admin dashboard shows your most important numbers at a glance. Total bookings, revenue, new and returning customers, cancellation rate, upcoming appointments, and active waitlist entries, all in one place.

Two charts track bookings and revenue over time, with a previous-period overlay so you can spot trends. Filter by the last 7 or 30 days, or use month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date views. Everything updates in real time as new bookings come in.

Ask the right questions at checkout

Every business has information they need from customers beyond a name and email. A tennis club might ask for a membership number. A physiotherapist might need to know about injuries. A studio might ask which equipment the customer is bringing.

You can now add custom fields to your booking form. Each field has a label, optional description, and can be marked as required. Customers see them right in the checkout flow, and their answers are saved with the booking, visible in the admin booking detail.

Get notified about every booking

Several customers told us that for their workflow, getting an email the moment a booking comes in would make a real difference, so we built it. Add one or more email addresses in your organization settings, and your team gets an email every time a customer books or cancels.

Notifications are only sent for customer-initiated bookings. If you create a booking from the admin panel yourself, you won't get a duplicate notification about it.

Add a personal touch to confirmations

When a customer books, the confirmation email is often the first thing they read. Now you can include a custom note in that email: directions to your venue, what to bring, parking tips, or a simple thank-you message.

Set it once in your organization settings and it's included in every confirmation email going forward.

Who benefits

  • A tennis club uses the dashboard to track court utilization and revenue trends week over week, and adds a custom field asking for the customer's membership number at checkout.
  • A hair salon owner adds her own email and the receptionist's email to booking notifications, so both know the moment someone books or cancels.
  • A yoga studio adds a confirmation note reminding students to bring their own mat and arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.
  • A physiotherapy clinic adds an optional custom field where patients can describe their condition, so the therapist can prepare before the appointment.
